How We Verify Deployed RTPs
Every data point on RTPTrack is sourced, timestamped, and confidence-rated. Here's exactly how we do it.
- 5,600+Slots Tracked
- 160+Casinos Reviewed
- 100+Providers Analysed
- £896Avg. Cost of Choosing the Wrong Casino
What We Measure
RTPTrack tracks the actual RTP configuration UK casinos deploy — not the provider's theoretical maximum. Most slot providers certify 3-5 RTP tiers per game. Each casino selects one. The game looks identical at every tier. The mathematics do not. We verify which tier each casino has selected.
Our Four-Step Verification Process
Every deployment we publish goes through this sequence. No single source is treated as authoritative on its own.
Primary Source Check
We check the casino's own game pages, help pages, and game-rules panels for published RTP figures. Sources include casino help portals (e.g., help.coral.co.uk), in-game info panels accessible to logged-in UK players, and casino game FAQ sections where RTP appears in body text.
Provider Documentation
We cross-reference against provider-published tier documentation. Play'n GO's game rules PDFs confirm exact tier values. Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Hacksaw, and others publish tier structures through certified test-house documentation.
Secondary Source Verification
Where primary sources are unavailable, we use player forum reports with specific RTP figures, affiliate reviews citing operator-supplied data, SlotCatalog per-operator audits, and code-inspection audits of game page source.
Publication with Confidence Rating
Every data point is published with the exact RTP figure, the casino and slot, the verification date, the source type, and a confidence rating: VERIFIED (seen on official page), WEB-SOURCED (credible secondary source), or HISTORICAL (older than 12 months).
What We Don't Do
- We don't track live real-time RTP from player sessions.
- We don't fabricate or estimate RTPs.
- We don't accept payment from casinos to alter data.
- We don't quote provider theoretical maximums as deployed figures.
Update Frequency
New deployment data is added as verified. Existing data is re-checked on a rolling basis. Data older than 12 months is flagged as HISTORICAL. The RTP Changes timeline tracks every detected deployment shift.
How to Submit Data
If you have checked an in-game RTP panel at a UK casino, email contact@rtptrack.com with slot name, casino name, RTP shown, and screenshot if possible. We verify and add it to the database.
