This guide was originally published with a longer list. RTPTrack's April 2026 investigation revealed that several titles previously listed as "fixed" are no longer guaranteed. We have corrected the list based on verified evidence. If you are reading this for the first time, trust the current version — it reflects what we know as of April 2026. CONFIRMED FIXED — Tier 1 (Verified, High Confidence)

These titles have been verified as single-build with no operator-configurable tiers. The published RTP is the deployed RTP at every UK casino.

Blood Suckers (NetEnt) — 98.00%. The highest widely-available fixed-RTP slot. Pre-dates NetEnt's December 2019 variable-tier programme. No evidence of migration to variable deployment. Often excluded from bonus wagering precisely because of the high fixed return.

Mega Joker (NetEnt) — 99.00%. The highest fixed RTP of any NetEnt slot. Limited availability — many casinos do not carry it. When available, the return is guaranteed.

Steam Tower (NetEnt) — 97.04%. Released 2015. Pre-dates the variable-tier era. Cannot be dialled down. Often excluded from bonus wagering due to high RTP.

Secrets of Atlantis (NetEnt) — 97.07%. Pre-2019 legacy title. No evidence of variable deployment.

CONFIRMED FIXED — Tier 2 (Provider-Level Guarantee)

Eyecon entire catalogue — every Eyecon title ships at fixed RTP by design. No operator tiers exist. Sugar Train (97.18%), Fluffy Favourites (95.39%), Shaman's Dream (95.36%), Temple of Iris (95.23%), Fluffy Too (95.39%). The provider's business model does not include variable deployment. This is the only major studio in the UK market offering a blanket fixed-RTP guarantee in 2026.

CONFIRMED FIXED — Tier 3 (Legacy BTG Titles Only)

Big Time Gaming legacy catalogue — Bonanza (96.00%), Extra Chilli (96.41%), White Rabbit (97.72%), Kingmaker (96.65%), Who Wants to Be a Millionaire Megaways (96.27%), Monopoly Megaways (96.50%), Star Clusters, Bonanza Megapays, Millionaire Megapays. These specific titles retain single-build configurations. Evolution has not retrofitted variable tiers onto them.

WARNING: BTG titles released from February 2024 onward are NOT fixed. Panda Money Megaways, Boo, Burgers, Danger! High Voltage 2, and TapCards all ship with operator-configurable tiers reaching as low as 86%. Check the release date before trusting any BTG title as fixed.

REMOVED FROM FIXED LIST — April 2026 Corrections

Starburst (NetEnt) — REMOVED. Added to NetEnt's variable-tier programme in April 2020. Six configurations from 90.05% to 99.06%. Most UK casinos still deploy at 96.09%, but reduced variants exist. Verify at your casino.

Twin Spin (NetEnt) — REMOVED. Added to the variable programme alongside Starburst in April 2020.

Gonzo's Quest (NetEnt) — STATUS UNCERTAIN. Research indicates the original may remain fixed, but Dead or Alive was migrated to variable tiers in March 2021 despite being a legacy title. Gonzo's Quest could follow. Verify individually.

Dead or Alive / Dead or Alive 2 (NetEnt) — REMOVED. Dead or Alive was confirmed migrated to variable tiers in March 2021.

Guns N' Roses (NetEnt) — REMOVED. Added to the variable programme in April 2020.

Fruit Shop (NetEnt) — REMOVED. Added to the variable programme in April 2020.

The Safe Strategy in 2026

The genuinely safe list has shrunk. The three categories of guaranteed fixed RTP are: (1) Blood Suckers and select pre-2019 NetEnt legacy titles that have not been migrated, (2) Eyecon's entire catalogue, and (3) BTG legacy titles released before February 2024. Everything else requires verification.
