A fixed-RTP slot is a slot that ships with one mathematical configuration and only one. The provider does not offer the operator a choice of tiers. The published RTP in the paytable is the deployed RTP at every UKGC-licensed casino that carries the title. There is no operator dropdown to select 94 per cent or 92 per cent. There is no tier reduction to worry about. The maths is the maths, and it is the same at Bet365, at Karamba, at Sky Vegas, at every smaller white-label brand.

In 2026, this property has become more valuable to UK players than at any point in the past decade. The post-April Remote Gaming Duty increase has prompted operators across the market to reduce variable-tier deployments on the most-promoted slots. Fixed-RTP titles are structurally insulated from this. They are the only category of UK slot for which the answer to "what RTP am I actually playing?" is the same on every login, at every casino, in every session. This is the complete catalogue, organised by provider, with the figures and the caveats.

Why this matters more in 2026

Pre-April 2026, the difference between a fixed-RTP slot and a tiered slot was a curiosity for most UK players. Tiered slots were typically deployed at or near the theoretical maximum at most operators, so the player who picked Book of Dead at a mid-market casino was usually getting 96.21 per cent or thereabouts. The fixed catalogue offered higher headline figures (Blood Suckers at 98 per cent, Mega Joker at 99 per cent supermeter) but the practical advantage was modest in everyday play.

Post-April 2026, the picture has changed. Tier reductions on the most-promoted slots have widened the gap between theoretical and deployed RTP across the UK market. The same Book of Dead now ships at 96.21 per cent at a small number of operators and at 87.25 per cent at others. The mid-market default has shifted downward by roughly two percentage points across the headline tiered titles. In this environment, a fixed 96.09 per cent on Starburst is mathematically more attractive than a hopeful 96.21 per cent on Book of Dead at an operator the player has not verified. The tier-deployment guide covers the mechanism in detail.

    NetEnt legacy fixed catalogue

NetEnt's legacy fixed list is the largest single source of high-availability fixed-RTP slots in the UK market. Every title released before roughly 2018 sits on a fixed configuration that NetEnt does not offer operators the ability to tier. The list includes most of the slots that built NetEnt's reputation as a premium studio.

Blood Suckers at 98.00 per cent is the headline title and the highest-RTP NetEnt slot widely available. Twenty-five paylines, vampire theme, free spins with 3x multiplier, low-medium volatility. Dead or Alive 2 at 96.82 per cent is the high-volatility classic — fixed RTP, but with a variance profile that means individual sessions can swing widely. Dazzle Me at 96.90 per cent and Aliens at 96.40 per cent round out the higher-RTP NetEnt fixed titles.

Mid-RTP NetEnt fixed titles include Starburst at 96.09 per cent (the universal fallback for low-volatility play), Gonzo's Quest at 96.00 per cent, Twin Spin at 96.56 per cent, and Jack and the Beanstalk at 96.28 per cent. None of these are the highest-RTP slots in the UK catalogue, but every one of them is fixed at the figure published, at every UKGC casino that carries them.

The cleanest verification rule for NetEnt: any title released before 2018 is almost certainly on the legacy fixed list. Any title released after 2018 is almost certainly on the configurable tier system. The paytable is the definitive source for any specific case.

Eyecon — the fully fixed catalogue

Eyecon is the only major UK provider whose entire catalogue is fixed. There are no tiered Eyecon titles. The studio's commercial positioning is built around the fixed-RTP guarantee — partly because Eyecon's audience skews toward UK bingo and slot players who play the same handful of titles repeatedly, and consistency matters to that audience.

Fluffy Favourites at 95.39 per cent is the headline Eyecon title and one of the most-played slots at UK bingo-led operators. Shaman's Dream at 95.36 per cent and Temple of Iris at 95.23 per cent are the next most-played. Sugar Train at 97.18 per cent is the highest-RTP Eyecon title and the strongest mathematical pick from the catalogue. Fluffy Too at 95.39 per cent extends the Fluffy Favourites franchise at the same fixed RTP.

Eyecon's fixed RTPs sit lower than the NetEnt fixed list — the catalogue spans roughly 95 to 97 per cent rather than 96 to 99 — but the consistency property is identical. Whatever the paytable shows is what every UK operator deploys. No exceptions.

    Microgaming and Games Global legacy

Microgaming's back catalogue (now distributed by Games Global since the 2022 transition) includes a substantial fixed-RTP list that pre-dates the studio's move toward configurable tiers on newer releases. The legacy fixed list is mostly slots released between 2010 and 2017.

Immortal Romance at 96.86 per cent is the highest-profile fixed Microgaming title and one of the slots most associated with the studio's classic period. Thunderstruck II at 96.65 per cent is the other widely-played fixed Microgaming classic. Break da Bank Again at 95.43 per cent is a lower-RTP fixed option from the same era. Mega Moolah at 88.12 per cent base game (with the progressive jackpot contribution making the all-in figure higher) is the iconic Microgaming progressive — fixed at the published base figure, with the jackpot maths layered on top.

Newer Games Global releases are increasingly tiered, in line with broader market practice. The fixed-RTP Microgaming catalogue is a closed set — the legacy titles are still available, but no new fixed-RTP releases are being added under the Microgaming or Games Global brand. The catalogue is what it is.

    High-RTP fixed outliers

Two non-mainstream titles are worth flagging because they sit at the top of the fixed-RTP UK catalogue.

Goblin's Cave at 99.32 per cent (Playtech) is the highest-RTP slot widely catalogued in the UK market. The slot is a structural outlier in Playtech's catalogue, which is otherwise known for variable tiers — Goblin's Cave is fixed, and it is fixed at the top. The catch is availability: not every UK Playtech operator carries Goblin's Cave, and several that do exclude it from bonus wagering or weight it at zero per cent. Where it is available at full weighting, it is the strongest mathematical option in the UK catalogue. Verify availability and bonus terms before relying on it.

1429 Uncharted Seas at 98.50 per cent (Thunderkick) is the second elite fixed option. Five reels, twenty-five paylines, nautical exploration theme. Thunderkick's catalogue is consistently fixed-RTP, and 1429 Uncharted Seas is the studio's flagship high-RTP title. Available at most major UK casinos that carry the Thunderkick range. Medium-high volatility, which is slightly higher than ideal for some use cases but not extreme.

Mega Joker at 99.00 per cent supermeter / 76.9 per cent base (NetEnt) deserves a separate mention because of the bimodal RTP structure. Players who engage the supermeter mode aggressively are playing a 99 per cent slot. Players who treat it as a classic three-reel and ignore the supermeter are playing a sub-77 per cent slot. The fixed-RTP property applies to both modes; the player has to engage the mechanic to get the high figure.

What is not fixed (worth knowing)

By contrast, almost everything else in the mainstream UK catalogue is tiered. Pragmatic Play's full modern catalogue (Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Big Bass Bonanza, Sugar Rush, Wolf Gold) is configurable across three tiers. Play'n GO's full modern catalogue (Book of Dead, Reactoonz, Rise of Olympus, Moon Princess) is configurable across five. NetEnt's post-2018 catalogue (Narcos, Vikings, Asgardian Stones) is on the modern configurable system. Red Tiger is configurable. Big Time Gaming's Megaways titles are mostly configurable. Hacksaw, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Relax in-house, and ELK Studios are mostly fixed but their fixed deployments tend to sit in the 96.0 to 96.5 per cent range rather than the 98 to 99 per cent range, so they are not on the high-RTP list above.

If a slot is not on the list above and is not from a known fully-fixed provider, assume it is tiered until verified otherwise.

    How to use this list

Three practical applications. First, when you want guaranteed RTP across casinos, pick from this list. The fixed-RTP property travels — the slot is the same at every operator that carries it. Second, when you need to clear bonus wagering on a slot you can rely on, pick from the high-RTP fixed titles (Blood Suckers, 1429 Uncharted Seas, Goblin's Cave where allowed) — fixed RTP plus high RTP plus typically full game weighting is the optimal combination. Third, when you have a favourite slot and want to know whether it is at risk of tier reduction, check whether it appears here. If it does, you are insulated. If it does not, the deployed RTP at your specific casino is something to verify each session.

The fixed-RTP catalogue is finite. It is not growing. Most new releases in 2026 use the variable-tier model. But the existing fixed catalogue is large enough to build a complete UK slot rotation around if maths consistency is a player's priority. For UK players in 2026, that priority is a more reasonable one than it has been in years.
